Life through the eyes of my boys

This is a VERY typical scene these days with the boys actively playing fire fighters and putting out fires. They also get into digging and playing in the water. My favorite investment was the 2 dollars I spent on their spray bottles. They get 8 oz and spray it all over the plants and the trees, and of course sometimes eachother.

Today was a memory I cannot forget. The boys were playing outside with the spray bottles and they had used all the water and wanted more. I explained that we were about to go and get daddy from work and the answer was no. A few minutes later I got to a stopping point on dinner so we could go and pick him up. As I went to load up the boys, Brayden showed me a bowl full of water. I asked where the water came from. He smiled so proudly and explained that he had peed in the bowl so that they could fill the spray bottle with more water. I could only laugh as I buckled them up to go and get daddy. Oh the life through the eyes of my boys.

Good thing they are practicing putting OUT the fires and not starting them! I love watching the imaginations of children . . . priceless.
