Before and after.. Dining room
This one is one of my favorite... not as much as my kitchen, but pretty close. I cannot believe that it looked this bad before. How in the world did we ever think about buying this house? We did love the orange outlet cover on the red wall, and the red one on the orange wall. The few big changes in this room are the walls, There was half walls with windows, and now we have created new walls with an entry. It was open to the kitchen, and we added a wall, to have more closure between the two rooms.

I like what you're doing with the place. Those before colors are definitely b'more style. For your table consider this, doing it in the darkest darkest brown behr or whoever makes. It basically looks black when it dries, but is just a little softer than black. I can post some pictures of stuff I've done with that color if you want.
The big thick moldings are to die for! You're making it current without getting too trendy so that you can enjoy it for a long time.
