I have decided that some of the most beautiful sounding birds live in my backyard. I don't know what it is or why they like to stay in our yard, but we feel very fortunate. Brayden calls me Cinderella all the time, and these are the birds that wake me with their sweet songs.
This is the bird that I really wanted to get on record. This one is one of my favorites, but she only sings like this at 6:00am, or 8:30 pm. Dawn and Dusk. I LOVE this. It is so unique to me and I would love to find out what kind of bird it is. I hope it doesn't migrate too soon. I actually got up out of bed at 6:00 to record this beautiful bird, and I didn't have my contacts in. When I went back to bed, I dreamed there was a tiger in our back yard, and I caught it on video.. What a dork huh? It is sad that this is my excitement in life, for the love of birds!!

Man, do you just feel like you live in a rainforest? Those trees are awesome and the birds are great. Just be glad you don't have woodpeckers. We had one for a week that kept pecking at our roof at 6:00 every morning. We finally borrowed my brothers bebe gun, and guess what, it hasn't come back. Must have intuition! BTW, Linton Falls looks amazing!
