This weekend was the Oregon Dental Conference, and so we went with Justin. It was so fun. The kids were most excited about the HOTEL. They thought that was the coolest. I spent the days shopping to my hearts desire (Which is limited by 2 lovely boys), while Justin was in classes. Sadly, by the time Justin was done with classes, we were so tired that we didn't want to go out at night. The next day we went and saw some fun things, like the temple, and the VooDoo Doughnuts. We also did more shopping and had fun as a family.
While in Portland, we always need to make a stop at the temple. I am already half way through this pregnancy and then there will be a time when I don't get to go for a while because of nursing. It is hard to be 3 hours from a temple, but I find that we make it a priority everywhere we go. It is definately something we don't take for granted. It was so beautiful, and I wish we were dressed nicely to take some fun family pictures like everyone else.
For those of you who watch the Travel Chanel... (JUSTIN) They did a spotlight for best doughnuts. Justin was so excited to see that one of them is in PORTLAND! We had to make a stop. It was a 40 minute wait around the block, and by the time we got to the front we found out it was cash only. Luckily we had a total of 6 dollars... pathetic I know.

mmm - donuts sounds so good right now. Justin has his priorities straight.
