Fun Times

I am sooo excited for the change in weather! It has been so much fun to get out and do more hiking, and playing with the kids outdoors. This week we did several of our fun hikes that we do regularly. This week we did end up at the river right by the ocean, and my friend Ann and I were laughing that our kids were swimming in the ocean waters in their underwear and having so much fun. We couldn't believe it was only 55 degrees outside and they were in the ocean... COLD! I don't know if kids notice.

Friday was so amazing that we packed up and went to the ocean for a fun night with camp fire hot dogs, smores, and fun friends. We ended up exploring a beach we had not been to. I just cannot believe this stuff is all within 10 miles of the house. There is STILL so much exploring to do.

This is a picture of our walk along the beach to the awesome waterfall. We didn't know we could find such fun treasures.

It was so fun to watch the sun set over the ocean. On the way home Brayden said "I don't want to go home, I had so much fun!" I actually agreed with him.
