Oregon is known for its rainy weather, and they were right. It does rain a lot. The crazy part is that it is relatively warm rain. Typically mid 50's, and GREEN year round. In January and February we have been blessed with several days of beautiful blue sky days. It has felt like summer in the middle of winter. We have loved the beaches, and the beautiful ocean. This past week I took the boys hiking on one of my favorite trails, and I just get excited that I get to live here. It is so amazing and beautiful.
One night I didn't know what to fix for dinner, and because it felt like summer... we might as well roast hot dogs on the fire in the back yard. The kids were so excited. We like doing this in the winter because it is darker earlier, and we can actually still get the kids in bed on time.
I took this picture strictly to be amazed a the beauty of the blue blue ocean. There are days like this that I am amazed that Heavenly Father created such a beautiful earth. It is amazing!

Pretty pictures and I must say, I love hot dogs over the fire. So delicious--particularly right now. I've really craved hot dogs with this pregnancy.
