HOUSE

Okay, I know we just sold a house just recently, and we moved accross the country and here we are again looking into another house. I don't at all feel ready to buy another house. It is one of the scariest things ever. When we moved here we had a goal to buy within a year. This would give us time to check out the area, check out locations and get the finances a little undercontrol. It would allow time for Justin to see if the job was right. Well, I have kept a close look at the market, a close look at places we would like to live, neighborhoods, microclimate and all into account. I randomly found a bank owned forclosure in the neighborhood of choice. It had been on the market for 1 year. It has come down over $100,000 and we needed to make a decision. After tons of prayer we decided to check it out closely, only to find out there are already two offers waiting. I had 24 hours to get preapproved, and write up an offer before it was too late. Now we have an offer and it is all a waiting game. I am nervous, scared, excited and all of the above. It is a TOTAL fixer-uper and it will be crazy if we actually get it. I hope it works out...
