I DID IT!! Okay, in all confessions, I know I couldn't have done it without my good friend Lisa and my loving and supportive husband Justin and two adorable kids!! :) This weekend was the National Half Marathon in DC and it was so much fun. We got a hotel with the Taylors which worked out great. I got my personal best, thanks to Lisa who pushed me most of the race:) I was just hoping to cross the finish line in one piece after having a baby, and then getting my appendix out.
David Taylor had no problems finishing WAY before we did.
Justin was there behind the finish line and it was so fun to have them cheer us on!! What great support.

We're so excited to be blog buddies with you guys! I was wondering why you didn't have a blog. Now you do! I have only been at it for 3 months but it is fun. Joe just made his first post on ours today! Anyway, congrats on the half marathon, it sounds like a fun time!
Hooray! We did it! The whole day was great and the blossoms were beautiful! By the way, I love the Marmot jacket!

Hooray for you! You are amazing for running the 1/2 marathon - especially after Camden and your appendix! Isn't it wonderful to have supportive family and friends!?
